Registration Open: Satellite Training Course, Alaska, Sept 18-20

Registration for the next CoastWatch Satellite Training Course is open. This is a hybrid class hosted in Alaska by PolarWatch.

The CoastWatch Team is inviting 30 in-person participants, and 20 remote participants for a 3-day introductory course on ocean satellite data. Registration is first-come, first-serve. Learn more about what this course entails here.

What: CoastWatch Satellite Course

Where: National Park Service Alaska Regional Office, 240 W 5th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501 (Hybrid)

Who: 30 in-person participants, 20 remote participants; open to the public. Some basic experience in one or more of the following is required: R, Python, ArcGIS/QGIS, Matlab

When: September 18-20, 2023 (Exact times TBD, note the instructors will be in Anchorage)
